During the COVID-19 pandemic our highest priority is the safety and well-being of our patients and staff. We have changed our schedule to accommodate social distancing and will gradually over the next 6 weeks be adding additional appointment slots. Please be patient if we can’t give you an immediate appointment time. We can put you on our cancellation/move-up list and notify you if an appointment time becomes available sooner. If you are having an urgent matter like broken glasses or insurance is running out, just let us know and we will work out the best solution for you. Emergencies will be handled promptly.
We have added minimal contact services like telemedicine, optical dispensing appointments, direct shipping of contacts and glasses and curbside dispensing.

Appointments have been staggered and spaced farther apart to ensure social distancing.
We will be asking you about your risk of COVID exposure.
We will be taking patient temperature and asking each of you to wash hands before your appointment.
Waiting room chairs have been spaced out.
We are taking daily temperature of our staff.
There is a pexiglass shield up at the front counter.
Pens, counters, doorknobs and other touch points are disinfected multiples times per day
We are continuing our clinical disinfection of the pretest and exam rooms.
All frames are cleaned before restocking on the display wall.
We are wearing masks and/or face shields, gloves when needed.
We are washing our hands first thing each morning and between patient visits.
We have installed breath shields on instrumentation when possible.

Please come to your appointment alone. Often, folks like family or friends to help in the frame selection process, but during this time we ask that you do that remotely.
We ask that only 1 parent or guardian accompany a child or someone who requires help.
Bring reading material because we have temporarily removed magazines.
You are welcome to browse our frame collections, we ask that you don’t replace back on the wall. Just put the frames on the table so an optician can disinfect them.
